Cravings #6: A Match Made in High School by Kristin Walker

"Book Cravings are  books that I really want to have but can't buy them for now.  Reasons may vary on not having the money to purchase it and sometimes coz it's not available locally. I will post my book cravings every week and tell something about that particular book."

I chose this book because as you all know, I love high school themed stories ( Sweet Valley, Fear Street ) and it's really fun to read characters in a school environment. I enjoy the part where there are different students in a certain campus and that you can create a lot of possibilities and limitless scenarios to each of them. A Match Made in High School for me represents all of those components in a fun and terrific read! I hope I can get a copy of this soon.  :-)

When the principal announces that every senior must participate in a mandatory year-long Marriage Education program, Fiona Sheehan believes that her life can't get any worse. Then she marries her “husband”: jerky jock Todd, whose cheerleader girlfriend, Amanda, has had it in for Fiona since day one of second grade. Even worse? Amanda is paired with Fiona's long-term crush, Gabe. At least Fiona is doing better than her best friend, Marcie, who is paired up with the very quiet, very mysterious Johnny Mercer. Pranks, fights, misunderstandings, and reconciliations ensue in an almost Shakespearean comedy of errors about mistaken first impressions, convoluted coupling, and hidden crushes.
