"Book Cravings are books that I really want to have but can't buy them for now. Reasons may vary on not having the money to purchase it and sometimes coz it's not available locally. I will post my book cravings every week and tell something about that particular book."
I think you all know that I love school-themed books. I really don't know why, but I guess I really enjoyed my high school days when I was a young adult before. I had a lot of fun and memories during that period of my life. That's why I can't help but read books that involves students, teachers, high-school drama and first love. Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles is one of those books that I know that I would really enjoy. I sure hope to get a copy of this soon.
When Brittany Ellis walks into chemistry class on the first day of senior year, she has no clue that her carefully created “perfect” life is about to unravel before her eyes. She’s forced to be lab partners with Alex Fuentes, a gang member from the other side of town, and he is about to threaten everything she's worked so hard for—her flawless reputation, her relationship with her boyfriend, and the secret that her home life is anything but perfect. Alex is a bad boy and he knows it. So when he makes a bet with his friends to lure Brittany into his life, he thinks nothing of it. But soon Alex realizes Brittany is a real person with real problems, and suddenly the bet he made in arrogance turns into something much more.
